"Hotel is in an excellent location, handy to historical centre. We booked the room based on having air conditioning, which it had but it didn’t work. So room was too hot and impacted sleep. Room had no fridge. When we asked for an ice bucket to cool drinks this was reluctantly provided. Reception lady said we needed to buy drinks from bar rather than drink our own. When travelling on a budget this is our choice as to how we drink. On Saturday morning street sweeper and garbage trucks run early so it’s hard to sleep in. Wifi was good."

"Stayed one night. In my opinion, this property does not match the level of quality I usually associate with Best Western hotels in the US. The room felt outdated and could have been cleaner. The carpet was quite dirty, and the curtain was partially off the window when we arrived.. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious, there was plenty of street parking nearby, and the reception staff were very kind and welcoming."

"This was the perfect home for our multigenerational friend/family trip. Plenty of space to spread out, large rooms and bathrooms, the kids loved swimming in the warm pool every evening, and everyone enjoyed meals in the kitchen and garden. We appreciated how conveniently located the home was to everything and the views of the Chateau couldn’t be beat. Would book again without hesitation. "
