"My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and they take care of your demands. The room is well maintained and very clean. The things I wish the hotel can improve are the wi-fi quality (my connection to wi-fi dropped every 20-30 minutes) and to have a power plug at the toilet to use any appliance (unfortunately, I didn’t have one in mine)"

"The hotel can’t have a better location! It’s right in front of the Royal Palace and very close to all the main attractions. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very helpful and kind. The style of the hotel is different and pintoresco. I would stay there again with no doubt. "
