Beautiful waterfront home with private sand beach and amazing views

This new home has gorgeous beach views from every room, a state-of-the-art kitchen, 2 propane fireplaces, and beautifully tiled bathrooms. Master bedroom and bathroom are an oasis of luxury with its own private deck. Beautiful big deck with private sandy beach directly below. The water is perfect for small children since the depth is gradual and waves are minimal. Cocktails on the deck at sunset are unrivaled. Located between New York City and Boston 2 hours away, Mystic in 30 minutes and Newport in 1.5 hours but you probably won’t want to leave the deck! Small beach association offers free activities for children including Friday night bingo. Perfect for a busy and easy family vacation or an adult only getaway of relaxation.

Great stay

What a beautiful home with a great view! Water with private beach was great for a quiet and restful stay. Laura was easily reached should there be any questions. She’s very responsive and concerned that everything for an enjoyable stay was there. The house was fully equipped. Close to everything allowing for a quick run to the store. The whole family enjoyed their stay! Would stay again!
