"Everything was perfect "

"Nice place to stay for the price, breakfast is just muffins and Honey Buns, but the shower was to die for very nice!"

"Advertised with free breakfast including a sign behind the front desk of free breakfast buffet, no breakfast. Elevators were out of order so they forced me to carry my bags up the stairs to the 4th floor. I requested a non smoking room and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Stains all over the carpet and bed sheets. I called to complain, and the woman tried to put me in the room directly across the hall. That room also had stains everywhere and the lights were all flickering like it was straight out of a horror movie. I walked out. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!"

"Fairly good breakfast, Simple Room was clean thouh in my opinion lighting is lavking for me. I have to play with the lamp stand. A/C was good. "

"Unfortunately, they had bed bugs and/or a tick in the bed and I ended up getting bit all over my arm and face after I slept. On one side of the bed I had the top corner smelt of something I could only assume to be cat pee. They did offer me a full refund with barely any questions asked."

"Very nice clean hotel. Room was amazing and the staff was super friendly. The restaurant downtown stairs was really good and the manager of the restaurant who was on duty the day I stayed was awesome! I forgot his name but he was amazing and provided good customer service! I’ll definitely make this my hotel of choice when I visit Baytown which is once a month. "
