"It‘s a beautiful little hotel with comfort and Charme. The rooms are very nice, well equipped and modern. The staff is just extraordinary. The hotel has a paradise like garden where we had our breakfast.
The restaurant is a real Gourmet Restaurant that is just amazing. The best food we had since a long time.

"I love little secret hideaways and we found two of them on this trip. Suite 6 is tucked away in the finest of alleys. You will think Google maps has lead you astray but it has not! When you look at the pictures online you would never believe this property could be tucked away in this location. But there is it. It's gorgeous and we should have stayed longer. "We really enjoyed our stay. The location is superb, right in front of the Roman amphitheatre, just a short walk from the station. The room was very well equipped and comfortable, everything worked fine, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We noticed no noise from inside the hotel. There was some from the adjacent building site, but only during working hours and this was not a problem.
If visiting Nimes again we would certainly be happy to stay here.

"This was awesome. The apartment was very large, with 2 floor to ceiling (15 feet) windows in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet both weekend and week night evenings. Never heard anything from other guests. Staff were excellent. Can walk in a few minutes to the Arena and a bit farther to the Maison Carrée). Lots of restaurant options. Grocery store 10 min away on foot. City is elegant, tranquil. Cost very reasonable. Look forward to coming again!"

"On our visit to the south of France we decided to stop in Nîmes overnight to see the temples and Roman Coliseum. We chose Hotel de l’Ampitheatre for its proximity to the train station and the sights, and high ratings. We were not disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and charming, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. It felt like a lovely little Inn. If we travel to Nîmes again, we will not hesitate to return to this hotel"
