"This hotel submitted a no show charge on my CC even thou we checked in at 7pm on the day we were supposed to and paided in full when checked out. And they still submitted a no show charge from expedia and we have had nothing but issues trying to get it refunded. "

"I booked this room because it was pet friendly while we were in Hagerstown for a family reunion. As it turned out I and the dog were not able to attend. My husband stayed there and he said he liked it a lot and we would stay there the next time we traveled through with our

"The property was well maintained.Change and the beds comfortable and clean. Wide selection of options for breakfast. The only issue was we were in a handicapped room and had trouble getting out. Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was excellent!!!"
