"The bathroom floor needed mopping mattress wasn’t the best"

"The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were clean. The breakfast was also delicious. However, the rooms were extremely outdated, with worn and damaged furniture, torn wallpaper, and visible stains throughout. Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned! It was very disappointing to see such poor room conditions from an otherwise reputable brand, as the overall appearance was quite unappealing."

"The continental breakfast was almost no existent. The juice machine and waffle maker were out of service. There was a sign on the case that contained bagels and bread items that said Limit One and since the was only one person I saw in the breakfast area during my stay, I question how fresh the bread items are. There were no hangers in the room to hang clothes (shirts for example). The hotel only has one ironing board and the front desk also had to provide me with the iron. Interestingly my “non-smoking” room had an ashtray on the dresser. Also, the safety bar in the shower was loose and would be useless in event of someone needing it. Gaps around the door allowed some bugs to get in."

"The staff was helpful in certain ways. As for the hotel, it doesn't look like the photos on the website at all. It wasn't safe to walk to your room at night. The room phone didn't work at all, which is a safety hazard for me; there wasn't a remote control for the TV, and the TV didn't work either, nor did the air conditioner. The room smelled really bad, it looked dirty, and the whole setting wasn't up to par. It looked very damaged. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any travelers."

"Plenty of TVs for catching up on your shows while staying here. The pool is an easy seven minute walk from the unit and is well maintained. Clean place with a shower in main bedroom with great water pressure."
