"When I booked this room I requested a handicap access room, which was wonderful. However, the agent checking us in refused us the cot we needed. There was plenty of room and we were told there was not enough space for a cot. Very disappointing to be told upon check out that we indeed could have had a cot."

"This place should charge a lot less then they have it up for this place was by far the worst hotel/inn I’ve ever been. bodily fluids on the walls stains on the couch clumps of hair in the bed old drink stains from the bottom of the cup on the night stand just disgusting. Called the manager Chet Patel tried getting a refund told the reason why I would not be staying and he hung up on me I wish I could leave a negative star review "

"Very simple, no frills hotel about 1 mile from casino. TV location is brutal but other than that, it's fine. "

"The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The bathroom was small. It did not have a handheld showerhead which has now become a standard. Decorations super cute. "
