Room was lovely and tastefully decorated. There was however an awful drainage smell as you entered the room. This was raised with the hotel who seemed to just mask it with an air freshener. Excellent hotel and excellent staff. They always take care of us ensuring we have the room we like. All the staff are welcoming. The food and rooms are excellent. We have stayed many times and will continue to do so.
