Lil E's Pad #3 is perfect for the the upscale traveler passing through, and larger groups for outings such as golfing, mountain biking, ladies shopping spree's - take your pick. Every modern convenience is offered and the comfortable floorplan is great for entertaining. First floor offers the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a half bath. Enjoy preparing meals while conversing with friends and mix your favorite spirits at the custom bar. The master bedroom with a full bath is also on the first floor. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms another full bath and exercise room. Each bedroom will have a smart TV. Walk right out the back door to the Tobie Bike Path, McCauley Mt. Bike trails, dog park, and all town amenities.
