"Clean and kind front desk officer. But I am waited 2hrs for the check ed in for waiting rooms
Another is poor wi fi system
And I worked at front desk 2days due to rooms wifi was very poor
and no phoned system for the T mobile.
On 11 May 26 not open Visitor center and same as poor wifi system.
Old faithful hotel are was poor rood and construction on blogs, and lot of dusty around drive and parking lots.
Overall poor national parks.
But all officer and support people was kind

"King size bedroom with a full size couch was perfect. The hot tub was out of order when I stayed but the swimming pool was heated and very nice. I was able to use their laundry service which was great since we had been traveling also. This hotel was close to shopping and to the west entrance of Yellowstone national park. "

"Setting of cabins and proximity to the west entrance was excellent. Our cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable with a welcome package of smores ingredients to use in the outdoor fire pits which burn each evening. Bathroom was large, very clean and well stocked with extra towels at hand. Pool and hot tub in hotel for our use were very clean and delightful after a long day of sightseeing and hiking. Kitchen area had everything we needed. Finally, complimentary laundry facilities! All in all, i would recommend this stay 2000% to everyone!"

"The building structure (largest log cabin the America) is so unique that it, by itself, warrants a stay. The amenities are a little limited, given the age of the building and the location. In the East wing, your room can feature your own personal view of the geyser. The staff was outstanding....very personable and helpful. The dinners were forgettable- short menu and not particularly well prepared (look for other options in the park). Conversely, the breakfasts were outstanding! Expansive buffet featuring fresh fruit and yogurt, pastries, eggs, wide selection of breakfast meats.......and the best biscuits and gravy I have had in years! All Americans should stay at Old Faithful at least once in their lives......quite an experience!"
