"The hotel is old and small. The lobby is quite small. There is only one elevator. Room keys are actual keys. If you keep the age in mind, it has charm. The staff is excellent and the restaurant and bar are surprisingly good. It is not in the best of neighborhoods and the traffic noises can be bothersome. ..."
