"The staff was helpful, friendly. Nice location. The room was very clean and quiet, but so much of the place is brown. Brown carpet, brown paneled walls, brown chair, brown furniture, brown lamps. A minor detraction, but I look at hotel decor with a discerning eye and I like things to be less bland/mundane."

"Nice hotel with modern, cozy lobby and dining area. The breakfast spread was notably good. Solid customer service. The only quirks were the sink design (low height and tended to spray) and loud AC unit. Great location near the river, RPI, and downtown retail and restaurants. Highly recommended overall!"

"The security, cleanliness, and staff were excellent. Location, perfect. Even during an Albany power outage the staff was courteous and on board to meet everyone’s needs. Parking was available and staffed. We were very pleased with our stay."
