"Chad’s condo is perfect! We stayed for one month and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, we made several meals and found every pot, pan, utensil you could ever need. The condo is set up perfectly for the several sets of visitors we hosted throughout the month. The beds are super comfortable and the linen closet is well-stocked with extra sheets and towels. The bathrooms are really well set up—our guests loved the steam shower upstairs—with great closet/dressing room space especially in the primary bath. The location is also outstanding, 5-minute walk with skis to River Run lodge and 10-minute walk to restaurants and shops in Ketchum. The heated garage was also a huge bonus for storing skis, boots, helmets, jackets, gloves to keep the living space tidy. Outstanding spot! Thank you, Chad!"

We thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to River Run Lodge and being able to walk our dog on the wood river trail. The fenced backyard was also amazing to have, especially in the snow, for my kiddos and dog to play in. Hope to return soon!"
