In the heart of the Pittulongu neighborhood, nestled in tranquility yet close to local amenities, WLofts is a modern vacation rental home overlooking the gulf of Bados-Mare Rocce. Surrounded by a well-kept garden with direct access to the sea, just a few meters away, this villa features four independent units with a shared entrance, accommodating up to 18 guests comfortably. Each residence is equipped with all the comforts: wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, oven, and private parking with an electric gate. Just 400 meters away is the Mare e Rocce beach, and within a 1 km radius, you can easily walk to some of the most beautiful beaches on the northern coast of Olbia: Il Pellicano, Lo Squalo, Bados, and Pittulongu.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION



WLofts 12 is a comfortable designer suite with 2 beds, located in a private position on the ground floor with front windows. It consists of a comfortable double bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom (shower), TV, an outdoor steel kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge and small freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, ice maker, and induction hob. The heart of the suite is a wonderful covered veranda - screened by a bioclimatic pergola - with a dining table and night lighting. The suite also offers a portion of a garden with a green lawn, deck chairs, direct access to the cliff, and a private outdoor shower. The accommodation also includes a private parking space.



DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES



WLofts is located in a residential neighborhood of single villas; thanks to its proximity to services, it is the ideal accommodation for a beach vacation in Sardinia without sacrificing comfort. Perfect for groups of friends or families, even without a car, you can walk to all the beaches in the area as well as bars and restaurants. WLofts is only 400 meters from the crystal-clear sandy beaches of Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo, and in about 15 minutes and 8 km you can reach the historic center of Olbia and all its amenities. The nearest supermarket is on the main street of the neighborhood and is 4 minutes away; at the same distance are the Costa Sarda Bar-Restaurant with tobacconist and pharmacy. The nearest bus stop is just 750 meters away (bus line 4, Lo Squalo stop). For a game at the Pevero Golf Club, you will need to travel 31 km towards Costa Smeralda. Numerous restaurants offering typical local seafood and land cuisine are within 2 km, mostly beachfront: Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, Ristorante Lo Squalo. Be sure to visit the beaches from Golfo Aranci to Porto Rotondo: Cala Sassari, the beautiful Cala Moresca (with trekking paths starting from the beach), Cala Sabina, and Marinella. Also visit the Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area, with boats departing from the Porto San Paolo pier.

Die Unterkunft war genau die richtige Entscheidung für meinen Freund und mich.

Die Unterkunft war genau die richtige Entscheidung für meinen Freund und mich. Neben der gut ausgestatteten Outdoor-Küche war auch die Dusche draußen ein kleines Highlight und die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen von Klodge waren allesamt super freundlich. Ich würde ohne Zweifel nochmal das Apartment buchen, wenn es mich erneut nach Sardinien verschlägt 😊
