  • Located in the Province of Gallura, North-East Sardinia, this comfortable 90 sqm villa accommodates up to 6 guests. Spread over two levels, it features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main floor offers a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Downstairs, you’ll find an independent apartment with kitchenette, double bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped; air conditioning, TV, and washing machine ensure a practical stay. Families will appreciate the available baby cot and high chair.



    Outdoors, relax in the private garden or on the covered and open terraces, enjoying sea views over the small bay of Costa Corallina and its white beaches. An outdoor shower adds extra comfort after a day at the beach.



    A parking space is provided in a shared garage. The villa is just a short walk from the beach and marina, easily reached on foot in a quiet, peaceful area. Events are not permitted on the property.
