Private: outdoor shower. Motor access to 15 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at 15 m. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "Pittulongu" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Seasonal resort La Fenice, Pittulongu 6 km, Golfo Aranci 15 km, Porto Rotondo 18 km, Porto San Paolo 20 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double sofabed. Exit to the veranda. Open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave). Exit to the veranda. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating (extra). Large terrace roofed, terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, sitting area.
