Motor access to the house (1.5 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bar 3.5 km, bus stop 4.5 km, sandy beach "La Finosa" 5 m. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Animals in the neighbourhood. Property ref. IT7201.700.1 is situated on the same property.
    4-room semi-detached house 70 m2. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with TV. Exit to the patio. 1 double bedroom. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Patio partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: private entrance. Cette maison est placée dans un endroit absolument magnifique. Par contre, nous aurions apprécié savoir qu’il n’y avait pas de wifi. De plus, aucun biens de confort n’était disponible (pas de papier de toilettes, de produit vaisselle ou savon, eau chaude rare, aucune épice…) ,

Herrlicher Urlaubsort

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie es vorher beschrieben wurde. Ein herrliches Fleckchen Erde. Die Zufahrt ist teilweise mit vielen Schlaglöchern versehen. Kleine Herausforderung für das Auto. Vor Ort viele Katzen. Für Allergiker sicherlich nicht ohne, für uns war das kein Problem. Wir können diesen Ort nur empfehlen.

Herrlicher Urlaubsort.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war so, wie vorher beschrieben. Die Zufahrt ist mit vielen Schlaglöchern eine Herausforderung für das Auto. Die vielen Katzen vor Ort haben uns nicht gestört, für Allergiker sicherlich nicht einfach. Die Lage direkt am Strand und die herrliche Terasse sind ein Traum. WLAN wäre noch schön. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Traumhafte Lage

Das Haus hat zwar nur zwei Sterne, dafür ist es aber wirklich super. Es ist mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand ist unbezahlbar und es gibt genug Platz in der Sonne, wie auch im Schatten. Auch die Außendusche ist sehr praktisch. Wir (2 Erw. & 2 Kinder (10. u. 12 Jahre) würden dort jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen 👍

De ligging is perfect. De weg ernaar toe is de eerste keer wat moeilijk te vinden en spannend te rijden. Grootste nadeel van het verblijf is de kleine boiler. We hadden vaak koud water met douchen. Eigenaren wel behulpzaam

Unterkunft liegt wie auf den Bildern direkt am Meer. Wasser war sehr warm und sauber. Beim schlafen hört man das Meer rauschen.
