Outdoor shower. Private: courtyard. 300 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 200 m, bar 9 km, bus stop "Monti Tundu" 400 m, sandy beach "Marinella" 13 km. Sports harbour 13 km. Nearby attractions: Porto Rotondo 14 km, Porto Cervo 20 km, Olbia 10 km, Aeroporto di Olbia 15 km, Baja Sardinia 30 km, Golfo Aranci 18 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace furniture, conservatory. Very beautiful panoramic view of the valley, the garden and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
