  • Renovated historic townhouse on two levels, 100 square metres in the heart of Olbia's old town. Designed for families and small groups up to 6 guests who want space, real comfort, and a location that lets you live the city on foot.

    What makes this home different
    Cavour 41 sits in a monumental palazzo on a quiet old-town street, two minutes from cafés, boutiques, and the evening passeggiata. The recent renovation pairs original historic architecture with contemporary interiors: warm wooden floors, considered lighting, modern fittings throughout. It feels like a real second home, not an anonymous holiday flat.

    Bedrooms and sleeping
    Two double bedrooms, each with a king-size bed dressed in hotel-grade cotton linens and ergonomic pillows. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV. The living area includes a sofa bed for a sixth guest or a quiet afternoon nap. Two-level layout keeps the bedrooms private from the living spaces. 1.5 bathrooms, including a powder room on the ground floor.

    Kitchen and dining
    A fully equipped CREO kitchen built for actual cooking: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, spacious fridge, espresso machine, full set of pots, pans, knives, and tools. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. Olive oil, coffee, tea, spices, and basics are stocked when you arrive.

    Connectivity and remote work
    Fibre WiFi with Starlink as a backup, so you stay online no matter what. Large Smart TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. Suitable for remote work or longer stays.

    Welcome set and family amenities
    A welcome box waits on arrival: Sardinian Vermentino, pecorino sardo, pane carasau, extra-virgin olive oil, and spring water, plus the kitchen essentials so you don't need to run to the supermarket. Families with young children can request, free of charge and pre-set up before arrival: travel cot, high chair, baby bath, changing table, baby monitor, bottle warmer, child dinnerware, toys, books, and stroller.

    For beach days we provide a parasol, a cooler bag with frozen elements, and fast-drying beach towels. Closest beaches: Pittulongu (6 km, sandy, family-friendly), Bados (crystal-clear water, less crowded), Porto Istana (12 km, turquoise water), Cala Brandinchi (25 minutes by car, sometimes called the "Sardinian Tahiti"). Boats to Tavolara island leave from Porto San Paolo.

    Location and parking (ZTL)
    The townhouse is inside Olbia's Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) for maximum quiet. We have arrangements with a gated, attended parking lot two minutes on foot (Via Sassari 20) with an EV charger. We register your plate so you have a 30-minute window to unload bags right at the door.

    Walking distances: train station 1 km, Isola Bianca ferry terminal 1 km, bus stops 0.5 km. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport: 5 km (10 minutes by car). Costa Smeralda and Porto Cervo: 25-30 minutes' drive.
