Welcome to our house nestled in the greenery, just a few kilometres from Olbia and the Costa Smeralda. A tranquil refuge that combines modern comfort and natural charm, perfect for those seeking relaxation away from the chaos.



The house has two comfortable rooms: a double room and a room with two single beds that can be joined, both complete with spacious wardrobes and linen. The living room with Smart TV and access to major streaming platforms is ideal for relaxation moments, while the fully equipped kitchen offers everything necessary to prepare and share meals.



Outside you will find a green area shared with other guests of the property, with a hammock and wide spaces immersed in nature. The private balcony with a small table is instead for the exclusive use of guests, perfect for breakfast or a moment of tranquillity outdoors. A convenient private parking is also available in front of the house. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, a fully accessorised bathroom, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.



Located in Osseddu, surrounded by nature but close to main points of interest: Olbia and port 6 km, airport 8.6 km, Golfo Aranci 13 km, Porto Cervo 29 km, La Maddalena 47 km.



To fulfil the identification requirements provided by Italian public safety regulations, Propertize requires all guests to complete the identification procedure through their secure check-in system before arrival. The procedure may include entering identification document details and identity verification. Additionally, guests will be required to sign the lease contract and, where applicable, pay the tourist tax.



The amount indicated on the portal includes the rental fee due to the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be specified in the lease agreement and will result in the issuance of two separate accounting documents made out to the guest.
