Location Cugnana Verde. The holiday apartment is located in a residence, on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge and a wall. The village, with around 1,000 apartments, is situated in a nature park overlooking the Gulf of Cugnana and Porto Rotondo. The apartments are located in blocks on different levels, separated by trees and paths, and connected by stairs, stairways and internal walkways. All accommodations have an outdoor area, a balcony on the first floor and a terrace on the ground floor, all with a table and chairs. 950 m from the beach with shuttle service from 5 June to 15/09. Like our other accommodations, the three-room apartments of the residence near the Costa Smeralda are spacious, well furnished and equipped with every comfort for a wonderful holiday in an excellent location, all with plenty of space and opportunities for relaxation. The apartments consist of a living/dining area, a kitchenette, two comfortable sofa beds, a cool double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds or bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and the possibility of a seventh bed. Access is directly from the main (asphalted) road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
