Designed for guests who appreciate contemporary interiors and real comfort, it offers private outdoor space that makes the home feel calm and easy to live in, whether you are here for the coast, a work stay, or a longer visit.
The apartment includes two private terraces and a quiet garden, connected to the interior through large glass doors that bring in natural light and make it simple to move between indoor and outdoor living. The custom-made CREO kitchen is fully equipped for daily cooking, from quick meals to relaxed dinners with local ingredients. Outside, a six-seat dining table is set up for slow breakfasts, long lunches, or evening aperitivi.
Sleeping arrangements are flexible for families or small groups. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a single bed that converts into a double, and the living area includes a sofa bed for additional guests or a quiet afternoon rest. All beds are prepared with hotel-grade linens and ergonomic pillows. For evenings in, the living room has a 65-inch Smart TV, and each bedroom includes a 55-inch Smart TV, supported by fast Wi-Fi.
Arrival is smooth and independent with 24/7 digital self check-in via VIKEY, with no keys and no waiting. For beach days, beach towels and a parasol are provided so you can head out easily to Pittulongu, Bados, or Porto Istana. Parking is straightforward: the stay includes a private gated parking space on-site, with additional free street parking nearby.
