The apartment is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator.



The entrance to the house opens onto the lower level, which houses the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms with double beds, both equipped with dressers and wardrobes. Also on this level are two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite.

Climbing the stairs leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find the spacious and bright living area, consisting of a living room with a sofa, armchairs, and a television, as well as an open kitchen. From this area, you can access the terrace with a sea view, perfect for enjoying summer lunches and dinners.
