COMFORTABLE TWO-ROOM-APARTMENT in villa of only 3 apartments. Located on the first floor, it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and veranda furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and for relaxing moments; through the stairs on the terrace, you access a large sun terrace that allows you to enjoy a fabulous sea view. Present TV, washing machine, barbecue, outdoor shower and parking space; the villa is surrounded by a large enclosed garden, therefore ideal to allow children to play in peace. The free and equipped beaches of Mare e Rocce and Bados can be easily reached on foot as well as those of the Pellicano and the Squalo; in the immediate vicinity there are all the main services of Pittulongu.
