"I was expecting a hotel or at least Airbnb. It’s a colleges dormitory. The rooms only have the bed and towels. No drinking water, no coffee. It’s a safe area, but If I knew I’ll pay extra for a cup of coffee in the morning. It was my first time in Pamplona, and it was the fair on San Fermin, so the price to stay one more night was doble. "They canceled the reservation 24 hours before check in. The reason stated was “natural disaster”. This was for the San Fermin festival. I suspect they rented the apartment for a higher fee and simple made up an excuse to cancel my reservation. I rented this on Expedia - in all communications they asked me to “check my VRBO account”. I don't have a VRBO account. Very poor experience."

Old kitchen, old towels (were white some time ago). After a long trip not even a roll of toilet paper. No more communication with host after check in. Just a terrible experience. "
