"A new hotel, that is fine. But towels are not of the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Towels appers worn and don’t smell good. It is difficult to judge if the towels are clean from the cleanery. You should find another provider of towel cleaning, having traveled the world I think these towels belong at 2 stars hotell and below"

The local area is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful dark skies at night, allowing fantastic views of the northern lights when they get going, particularly great from the hot tub! We’ve stayed here 3 times and I hope we’ll be back many more."

"Upon arrival, I discovered that the fire alarm in the room was over nineteen months past its expiration date. When I raised this concern with hotel staff, Chris was very rude and sarcastic and said that the alarm was still “working” because it had a blinking light — despite it clearly being expired and potentially non-functional in a real emergency. This was extremely concerning, especially considering Norwegian fire safety regulations require hotels to maintain fully functional and up-to-date safety equipment."
