You can look forward to an air-conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a cosy living room. Two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds (160 cm x 200 cm) and spacious wardrobes offer ideal retreats. One bedroom also boasts a Smart TV with satellite connection and direct access to the terrace. The modern bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, washing machine and large washbasin completes the interior.

    Our flat is surrounded by a walled garden with plenty of space for relaxation and play. Enjoy the numerous terraces with dining sets and parasols, which invite you to linger, or use the integrated barbecue for sociable evenings outdoors. An additional small terrace with garden seating provides the perfect backdrop for quiet moments in the open air.
