"The only thing missing for us was a bigger room, but I think it was the biggest one available when we booked. My 12yr old grandson and I were a bit cramped in the front of the room. My daughter and son-in-law were comfortable in the bedroom. But we made it work. The little fridge kept freezing everything, even after turning it down twice. We forgot to mention it to them. I'm sure they would have seen to it if we had reported it. Overall it was a fantastic stay for us. We were there for 6 nights."

"Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Glenmore. Spent our days in Banff and this hotel was a good place to spend the nights. Room service, friendly front desk, conveniently located near the freeway, food and gas. Nothing fancy but definitely did the job it was a clean safe space. The plaza seemed a little questionable upon first glance but there is actually some good food and the parking is very convenient. I do not regret my choice! "
