"We encountered a toilet that wouldnt stop running. We reported to staff and a worker came and looked at it but it wasnt repaired. It took a second request to get that taken care of. Also the floor of the tub/shower seemed rotted underneath which made the floor lumpy and unsafe. Coffee shop didnt have food items, hotel buffet was pricey. There were some microwave food options, & bottled drinks in lobby shop, but very limited. The hotel was full and the walls seemed thin, lots of noise when trying to get to sleep. We also werent aware of the major construction on the new arena next door, so construction noises added to every thing else. Take earplugs to get some rest. "

"Rough area, but I saw security patrolling. Take note this property allows pets, great if you have one, bad if you’re wanting sleep and dogs are barking until 2am. "

"Room was dated, not as clean as this caliber of hotel should be, and the in room dining was absolutely awful. We had a strange loud clanking sound that occurred all night long, I was not able to sleep. I even recorded it and showed the front desk—they refused any refund and I had to deal with corporate for days for a $100 off of our stay. Terrible stay, terrible customer service experience. We will never return here! (In all fairness, Omni hotels are usually exceptionally great and we stay at them regularly)."

"Excellent location close to downtown OKC. Responsive host who cares about fulfilling their host commitment. Unfortunately, we had trouble getting in. Thank goodness for the neighbor who helped us. The cleaning crew is not thorough. They left a skillet with grease and pastry brush on the stove. Dust bunnies everywhere and they (or someone) left the patio and garage doors unlocked. We were nervous until we did a thorough walk-through which revealed no squatters or other things for concern. Definitely a great value for a large family. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Quiet street and LOVELY neighbor - Becky! Check out was a breeze. "

"This place had not been cleaned in who know how long. The beds were dirty the floors had not been swept or cleaned. There was food left on the floors. After finding who knows what in the beds we left. I typically do not complain but this place was terrible. Upon leaving we told the front desk about the conditions and they just smiled and said have a nice night. I would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"It was quiet. I enjoyed my stay. My lil dog was welcome. "
