  • The 1000 sq ft 2B 2BA apartment is located in a gorgeous 1929 Landmark hotel, this spacious and sunny 2BD apartment sits right in the middle of OKC’s most vibrant neighborhood, Midtown, steps away from trendy bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

    Within walking distance to many museums, trendy restaurants, pubs , sports and entertainment.

    There is not a comparable downtown residential building with such elegance and quality.

    Building amenities include secure access, elevator, gated and covered parking. There is one parking space provided.Additional parking on the street.

    Our apartment has large windows and lots of them, gorgeous hardwood floors, granite countertops, updated fixtures, appliances and a classic downtown luxury feel! Spacious with a curated modern mix of furnishings in a vintage backdrop.

    Comfortably sleeps four with 2 bedrooms (one king and 1 queen), two vintage inspired bathrooms with lots of storage.

    Apartment amenities include an ensuite washer/dryer, extra closet and storage space, all bills paid, incl. Cable and WiFi

    Guests will have access to entire apartment and amenities. Also the small gym off the lobby. There is a courtyard between buildings that has a gas grill and is available for your use as well.

    We are on-site during your stay. Just call or text with any needs that arise! We will leave a hard copy guidebook with a detailed list of all the amazing restaurants and entertainment in the area, most within walking distance or a short Uber drive from the property!

    Uber fares are generally very quick to respond and in general average $6 a ride. Spokies bikes are available to rent, and the OKC bus station is about six blocks away. Easy breezy getting around town.

    Perfect for FAA, commuting executives or work transfers, contractual experts. Families needing 2 bathrooms.

There was some confusion when we arrived in getting the keys. There was as issue with the apt I booked. I found out the day before we left. I was notified I had been assigned a new apt. The keys should have been left in a lockbox in a parking area of the building. There weren't. I reached out to the host. It took a little while for the host to respond. The cleaners forgot to put the keys in the lockbox. After the confusion with keys and apartment, the apartment we did get in was great! It had lots of space for a 2 bedroom. The building is historical but the apt amenities were cozy, and clean. Location was good with lots of restaurants near by and places to visit. We went to the World Series Softball Finals and it was as easy Uber / Lyft ride to the field. We also visited the site of the OKC 1995 bombing. It was very interesting /emotional. It was within walking distance of the apartment. I would stay there again!

Perfect location

We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay! We were able to walk to lots of wonderful restaurants, which was a nice bonus! The home was spacious and well stocked. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

This property is comfortable, clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is great, several eateries within a few steps. We had a great stay, really enjoyed the condo. The bed was very comfortable, bedding and bath linens were very nice. We would recommend this property highly!

Great stay at the Sieber!

We visited OKC for two nights and enjoyed the walkability of a few restaurants and a coffee shop (Not Your Average Joe) and Halls Pizza. It felt safe and quiet at the location, and we loved the coziness is the property. We were on the go for most of the day, but were able to relax and unwind in the evenings. Loved the history of the property as well.

Property is centrally located to downtown, & has immediate access to interstate highways. Comfort for guests is evident in the choice of furniture & beds. Most comfortable VRBO we've stayed in! Host also supplied snacks & water which was a very welcoming touch. A 5 star property for anyone traveling to the OKC area!!

Downtown Oklahoma City Culture

The Sieber is a really cool building, clean, updated, and beautifully appointed, but with retaining much of its 1920s charm. The location felt safe, with lots of convenient, walkable attractions, and many more a short driving distance. Michale is awesome to work with! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

What a beautifule gem of a condo!

We came with friends to see the Flaming Lips 40th Anniversary show in OKC. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and convenient. We could not have been happier. The parking and access is somewhat complicated but it all worked. We will definitely stay again!

The property was wonderful. The beautiful, historic hotel where our apartment was located was breathtaking. It was an amazing place that exceeded our expectations. The apartment was so nice and quiet. I loved the wood floors and the beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were really nice, and there was lots of room to move around. My only complaint is on myself for not staying longer. It felt like home!

My best VRBO experience ever! The apartment is beautifully appointed and equipped, every comfort provided for. The street isn’t busy, but you’re close to restaurants and attractions. It was very quiet, no noise from neighbors or street. The only problem is you’ll want to move in permanently!

The apartment was not only beautiful but very functional. A warm modern in a beautiful historic building. The host was very clear about check-in and check-out procedures. We did have a few questions and she replied very quickly! Modern heating system, appliances, fantastic bathrooms. Great beds. Plenty if towels! Well appointed kitchen. Great neighborhood. We are saving this info. We were here to attend a convention and will stay here again if we meet in OKC! Our only regret is that we had to leave!!!

Nice trip to OKC

Found this apartment while searching for a place to stay that was close to an event we were going to attend in the area. This apartment was great for what we needed. Check in was easy, as well as check out. Quiet building inside. The only slight draw back we experienced would be sirens multiple times each of the two nights of our stay. I don’t know if there might be a fire station nearby? First night sirens went off at least three times and twice the second night. This would not be a deal breaker for me staying here again because everything else was great. Just know if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. However, that also seems to be fairly normal when staying in a downtown area.

Great value and just the right amount of space

I picked this place because my mom likes old buildings. This is a nice, quiet location (except the wind was strong when we were there and you can definitely hear it through the windows but not the fault of anyone!). Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication regarding our check in but thankfully it was a nice day and the issue was resolved before dark. We went on an adventure to give time for the apartment to be cleaned. The instructions for getting the keys is interesting but I promise once you are there, it makes sense and it is easy to get in and out of the building after you see everything. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. It's also easy to walk to a lot of different things from here. I would recommend verifying your check in date with the host. Other than that, I would stay here again as it was a great value for our needs and the best part was having 2 full bathrooms.

A beautiful, comfortable apartment in a cool old building in the coolest part of the city. What more could you want? GREAT restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, near downtown culture/entertainment/sports venues. Little touches like terry cloth bathrobes make the stay extra luxurious. The first place I try to book when headed to OKC.
