Enjoy an incredible experience in a great Norman location. Walking distance to restaurants on Main Street and minutes away from OU. This newly updated home is the perfect gathering place for family and friends.

This home offers a comfortable living space/dining area, fully equipped spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Master bedroom contains a king sized bed and full bathroom. A smart TV has also been added to the master. Walk directly out to the beautiful covered patio. Within the master bedroom is an extended bedroom room with a trundle bed containing 2 twin beds. The room also contains a washer and dryer but leaves plenty of room for 2 to sleep. The third bedroom contains a queen sized bed and full bathroom.

Take trash from the garage shed (if used) and take to the bins, ensure lights are turned off, and over head garage shed door is locked up
Log out of apps on the smart TVs.
Send a message on the app or text Krystal to confirm departure so house cleaning can get started as soon as possible.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Only flush toilet paper, use lined waste bins for anything else, back up liners are under bathroom sinks.
Use kitchen sink drain catchers and do not allow food to go down the drains as we do not have a garbage disposal system.
No excessive or loud noises, noise complaints may result in eviction without refund. Quiet hours from 9p.m.-8a.m.
