- Our 100 year old home has been remodeled with modern day amenities while maintaining its historic charm. Close to Downtown, Midtown, Bricktown, Paseo District, Plaza District, and OU Medical Hospital, with easy access to the interstates. There are several amazing restaurants and parks within walking distance. Enjoy the outdoor living spaces in the front and back of the home. Sit on the front porch swing while taking in a sunset with a view of the downtown skyline. The back yard has a large wooden deck, dining table, fire pit, grill, ect.
