Beautiful home located in Linwood Preservation area. One story brick home with two large bedrooms, one bathroom, large living and dining area, modern kitchen with a cofee/wine bar, washer and dryer in master bedroom. Lots of walkers in the neighborhood. Hop on lake hefner parkway and get anywhere in OKC fairly quickly.
Close to The Plaza, Midtown, Fairgrounds, and much more.


Chic attic loft, one bedroom, one bathroom with darling kitchen area. All utilities and internet are included in monthly price. Nearby laundry. Off street parking in wonderful neighborhood. Located in central OKC, near Lake hefner parkway and I-44. This loft has a separate entrance, with keyless lock.

You go upstairs to the cozy loft apartment. This is an attic space with limited head room under the eaves and a 6 foot headroom clearance.

There are many walkers in the neighborhood and the nearby park. There's a nearby laundromat one block away. By car, you can get on Lake hefner parkway and get the the airport, downtownOKC and other hotspots quickly!
