Inside, you’ll immediately notice the stunning hardwood floors and a recently updated modern kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need—perfect for everything from takeout nights to a full five-course dinner. The spacious primary suite features soaring cathedral ceilings and a private en suite bath, creating a peaceful retreat after a day in the city.

Each bed is outfitted with a plush, super-comfy mattress to ensure a great night’s sleep. And when it’s time to unwind, gather in the living room and enjoy the 70” HD smart TV for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows.

3. There will be a $100 late checkout fee every 30 minutes for all late checkouts not previously approved by Verde Rentals LLC.

Our stay at Tony’s home was great. The home was clean and neat. Also was cool and relaxing after a long day outdoors. Tony was very responsive when we caused a snafu and made repairs immediately, and was so understanding. We would definitely stay again, if he would have us.

Great clean place

We enjoyed our stay. The property was true to its description. Prop. manager very responsive. We felt safe in the house and neighborhood which is close to the freeway and walking distant to a great Thai restaurant. The stairs leading to door do not have handrails and none in the bathtub. This would have been helpful for a disabled family member. Handrail is the bathroom with tub would have been. Nevertheless we would use property again.
