The room was very clean and comfortable air condition. Worked well easy to control. The hot tub and pool were very good. The Internet connection was not very good and the staff did give an alternative login but was only accessible in the main lobby. There was a breakfast but was very limited in selection.

The property itself is a bit older and in need of some improvements but the staff couldn't have been nice or more helpful. Vin and Christina went out of their way to help with any issues we had. The hot tub was amazing but the light popped out and was dangling from a cord in the water. And the pool was chilly. The chlorine was pretty strong and there's no ventilation so it would burn your eyes and throat after a bit. We did take advantage of it 2 out of the 5 day stay we were there. Hoping the hotel gets the renovations it desperately needs and keeps the amazing staff they have there as it's in a great location and away from too much hustle and bustle like the ones by the airport!

This property has changed ownership recently. Maintenance is lacking. Light bulbs were out in our room. Sheetrock is cracked. Carpet is stained. Furniture in breakfast area is stained and dirty. In general, it smelled bad. We were told the front doors would be locked after midnight and we’d have to go to one of the side doors and use our key to get in. We were there 3 nights and our room was never cleaned/made up. It’s a shame. We’ve stayed here several times over the years because of its convenient location. We won’t stay here again!

Staff was great, Cash (sp) at night got us settled in and found a shower chair for us. Christie in the morning was a joy to talk to. The breakfast was very good and neat and clean, I made more of a mess of it. Spilled the waffle batter when the cup was not in the right place to catch it out of the dispensary. Pool was a little chilly but hot tub was warm, alot of suds! The room was large enough to move around with easy. Long way from elevator but our TV could have disturbed anyone as it was on the stairway wall. I mentioned Route 66 100th anniversary and Christie mentioned a museum opening next door. We drove over and the gentleman let us come in and look. Will defintly visit when it opens.

My sister and I recently stayed a week here. The staff were amazing -- from the GM to front desk team to housekeeping and facilities team, they were attentive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and housekeeping checked on us regularly for whatever we needed. Hot breakfast buffet was well stocked and coffee was fresh all day. Plenty of free parking, too!
