The room was okay. I hated the barn door covering the bathroom, it was heavy, glitchy and didn't provide privacy! The breakfast was good and the fitness center was adequate. The staff was polite, but please train new employees to NOT say a female customer's room number out loud! That is why you write it on the envelope!! That is a safety concern, if there are others in the lobby at the same time.

We had a wonderful atay at the Hampton Inn in Edmond. The front desk people were professional and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was quiet.

Staff was good and competent. Breakfast was really good. Housekeeping was right on. Bed was comfortable and fridge and microwave worked well. Only issue was the room really needs updating: bathtub had peeling finish; window shade was inoperative; missing lavatory stopper; and the lavatory faucet is installed such that it's really awkward to use. Thermostat required a new battery....wouldn't work. Lots of good points....just the above. Not a bad stay, but could be better.

The staff was absolutely great! But, the room on the other hand, not the greatest. The heater was very noisy all night, and about 2:00 am it got very hot in the room. It went from cool to probably 80+ degrees! Then it just cooled off.

The room was OK - but there were a few things that need to be fixed, such as chipped tile in the bathtub. Probably time for a general upgrade to the facilities. Also the bath towels were awfully thin. The staff was courteous. I slept too late to take advantage of the breakfast. Perhaps the time could be extended to 10am for late risers?

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bath towels are really small, but everything else was fine. The hotel is close to the highway and many restaurants down the road.

I really did not have a good first impression. The carpet in the elevator was dirty and stained. I was at the end of the hall (which was fine) but my key card would not open the door. I walked back downstairs (with all my bags) to get help. The girl behind desk reprogramed my cards and walked me back upstairs. The key worked... The room was quiet and clean. The blind was broken so I could not look outside to judge the weather. The same girl was behind the desk the next morning. She was pleasant.

We had a wonderful experience at this Hampton Inn. Hampton Inn consistently provides an excellent hotel stay. This particular hotel has a beautiful view out of the back windows! It looks like you're overlooking a park! The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean, in good shape, and had comfortable beds and pillows. We would definitely stay here again!
