Hotels.com Unconcerned How Travelers Are Treated
Booked a hotel through hotels.com, extended stay northwest Oklahoma City. Rhonda at the front desk was incredibly rude. Refused to let me check in before 6, even though i had a reservation that allowed me to check in at 3. Said it s their policy for 3rd party bookkngs. I paid for a 3 check in, and neither the hotel or hotels com would do anything about it. The entire hotel smells like urine. The room was sisgusting!! Funky stuff all over the bathroom counter. Neither the hotel or hotels.com would give a refund. There sketchy men drinking in the parking lot. When i complained about the check in time. Rhomda at the front desk threatened not to give me a room. I wish i had taken her up on it, but i hadnt seen the room at that point. So we can't stay here. Its unsanitary, unsafe and if you don't like the service or quality, they threaten to deny you booking at their crappy hotel. Tried several other hotels in the area and all were booked. So apparentjy hotels com does not stand behind the service they provide. They need approval from the very hotel where I was treated like trash, ignored when initially tried ck in and then threatened. Whatever changes hotels com has made, it has not made them better. I've used them exclusively for travel for many years. Neither myself or my fiancé will use them again. The room wasn't even mopped. We got a room with two beds and a pull-out couch, the pull-out couch was needed for our number of people. We got there late because we're traveling, and there was no sheets pillows or blankets in the room for the pull out couch. The lady at the counter refused to give us any linens for the bed and then threaten to call the cops on me because I ask for corporate's number. There was SOO much mold build up beneath the pull out bed mattress that when we pulled the bed out the room filled with a gross smell. We quickly left, didn't even stay. I would recommended stay anywhere else but there. I got video of all the mold on the couch and how dirty the room was and I'm still waiting to hear back from corporate.

Poor customer service from check in to convenience
Hotel took 45 min to check in because nobody was at desk and there isn't phone available to call. They only give 2 sets of towels EVEN tho checked in with 2 adults and 2 kids. Doesn't make sense to ask number of people if they won't give towels for anything over 2!!!! They didn't have plates, pans or anything for cooking even tho it's full kitchens with "convenience packages" for cooking in provided kitchen!!!

Upon walking in, the hotel reeked of pot. The desk clerk,Kelly, told me they had no room and were full … even after I told her I had a reservation. I stood firm and was given a room. Mind you it was after 1:00 am, not sure who she was saving that room for. There were 3 people hanging out in the small lobby on their phones.. at 1 am. Odd. This clerk was rude during the entire exchange. The room itself was barren and dirty. There was trash stuffed between the wall and heater/ac. The carpet was dirty and the nightstand had crumbs on it. There was no trash can in the entire room. Shampoo no conditioner no body wash no lotion. Had to call the desk if you wanted anything … things that are standard in other extended stays. There is no way I would call after the rudeness of the clerk. The bed linens appeared clean. I had originally booked for 3 nights, but checked out in the am. The morning clerk was friendly though did not ask why I was leaving. He said he would Refund money. So far (4 days) it has not happened. This is a classic example of you get what you pay for.

I accidentally booked at this hotel. Last time I stayed here it was horrible. But, this property has improved greatly since the last time I stayed here. It was clean, quiet, safe and convenient. The ac was cold and the water was hot. Very convenient to Planet Fitness

Well we booked through Hotels.com......the only good thing about this hotel was the service. The front desk team was very helpful and friendly. The very first thing when I checked in was that the room i booked was not available but Brandon made sure we got another room. Unfortunately they were only able to work out 2 separate rooms. Thankfully though I have children 18 and older and I felt comfortable doing that. The rooms were very dark, smelly and very dirty. There was food and bottles under the bed and dirt and kleenex stuck in corners. Also there was no mention that the pool was not in service so was a bummer for the kids:( I think the owners need to put a little more TLC into there property!!

Gabrielle did an amazing job and accommodated us at every turn. From a pull out couch to free pet stay. The continental breakfast was wonderful and the bedding came fresh from the dryer. Very clean and spacious too

I chose this property because they Advertise fully equipped kitchens. There was nothing fully equipped about anything in this room. No TV remote, no ironing board, no hairdryer, absolutely nothing in the kitchen at all no dishes cutlery pots or pans cups or glasses. Only one drawer full of ketchup packets. No hangers in the closet. When I asked for these items the hotel staff was only able to provide the bare minimum. Three hangers,Two plates, plastic cutlery. The state was a total disaster. I sent a complaint to the extended-stay headquarters and it’s been a week and I haven’t heard back from them. So add poor customer response to the list of grievances

This place was a dump. Would have smelled better and more comfortable sleeping in the dumpster outback. For a NON SMOKING Hotel, I had to put towels under the door to keep from getting high from the pot smoke in the hallways. Extended Stay America should be embarrassed to have there name associated with this place.

We got there, put our luggage down and undid the sofa bed. It was BEYOND disgusting. Dirt all over it, possible bed bugs (we didn’t dig dig). The whole place smelt of urine and cigarettes. The floors were so gross, my youngest legs were black from them. Also, no dishes of any sort, not that we would have used them. We asked for another room and was told that’s all they had and we could leave for a refund, to contact Expedia. We contacted Expedia and they said it’s up to the hotel. We left in a rush, with two little ones that had been traveling all day we had to get them somewhere clean and safe so we opted to stay across town. My advice, don’t let that 3.5 fool you. Those 5 star reviews must be by smokers with pets that pee all over. Gross. We just want our money back.

Half a step up from a halfway house.
Dogs parking, people shouting in the hallway and banging on doors all hours of the night, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the shower didn't work. Manager was super friendly, but nothing got resolved.

Could Be Better On The Service For Weekend Guest.
Good stay didn't like the fact they dont clean the rooms but once a week. I want them to create a better system for guest who are there for weekend stay. They only had two room service workers for that big hotel that is not cool. Extended Stay is one of my favorite places to stay but the cleaning got to be better im upset about no room service we had to do it are selfs. I spent $340.00 n no room service wasn't happy. Other than that stay was cool.
