Room very clean, bed super comfortable but a little dismayed the front desk woman was on FaceTime entire transaction. Not terribly friendly but opposite on checkout to get my deposit back (which I’d read on another review and was a little surprised) and you had to wait for front desk to inspect room before getting deposit back. Easy location and there were plenty of choices but I’m familiar with Motel 6.

Overall all a great property for this price range. Parking entrance is used for 2 neighbor hotels so its a bit confusing to find at night. But property is clean and rooms are updated.

No frills but great value

I usually come to town twice a year. I stay in these budget friendly hotels. The room was clean and comfortable. I thought it was quiet also. I slept well and was rested. I liked the shower and tub faucet it was eco friendly and plenty of hot water. Check in and out was fine. I also had a complimentary cup of coffee for the road. I liked the cups they used for this also.

A couple members of staff don't really know how to handle Expedia reservations. A couple members of staff do. If they try to charge you more than your reservation insist on getting the correct price they will call someone and figure it out. Other than that everything has been exemplary and super clean and quiet and really no other issues.

It was a Motel 6. What can you expect? Although it was evident that it has recenlty been updated, the AC fan cover was broken and the deadbolt didn't work. The bed was not very comfortable. The refidgerator made a constant and annoying clicking noise and the AC fan was crazy loud. There was no facial tissue, which I thought was strange. There was a microwave and small fridge, but no coffee maker in the room. With the upgrade, there were plenty of plugs and even USB ports, which was nice. The check-in clerk was very sweet and pleasant. We had a problem running our card (issue on our bank's side) and she was very patient. For what it was, it was OK. We stayed here because there were no vacancies in any of the other area hotels where we would have preferred staying.

Refrigerator issues?

Every thing was good except for the refrigerator was not working when we got into the room. The young man from the check in counter came and found that someone had unplugged it so he plugged it in and it started working but later on that night we checked out the inside and it was freezing everything inside and there was no way to adjust it. Then on our last night of the stay when we returned there was only one bath towel to dry off after a shower.

Clean Room, Cold AC, Quiet Location: B-

Wen I arrived, I was notified the room I had selected was out of order due to a plumbing issue with the jetted tub. That made me unhappy, and they offered NOTHING to compensate me, which was disappointing. That said, the check in was by far the worst part of my stay. Once I got my room, I was treated to a standard Motel6 room. One king bed with three good pillows, a clean room, fridge, and microwave. Bathroom was also clean. While it wasn't a jetted tub, the plain bathroom was adequate. The bed was comfortable and, best of all, no temperature governor on the AC, so I got to crank that baby down. I had exactly two knocks at my door, both were a case if misread room numbers. Also, it was quiet the night, or I was too tired to notice if it was busy or noisy outside, which to me says this place keeps pretty quiet at night. And I stayed on a Friday night. Check out was much easier than checking in. The front desk individual in the morning was different than the check in. She was much nicer and easier to work with. Expect a check-in deposit of $40 for a night, $100 for a week, and $100 if you get the room with the jetted tub, I think. You can pay cash or card for this. It took about 4 days for my card to be refunded, which I was okay with. Just something to keep in mind if you plan a stay, as I was almost caught unaware of it. Overall, I was pleased with my night, slightly less pleased with the management, and give my overall experience was ok. I would stay again. B-
