DO NOT STAY HERE! They charged me for cleaning services but they didn't come to my room to clean it or leave me towels or toilet paper, i had to ask them and they said come by the front desk to get it. So why did they charge me over 100 bucks for cleaning services if i had to ask them to clean it and they only did it 1 damn day and they charged me for 8 days. The manager is never there they gave me the run around when i ask to speak to a manager, especially when i had proof of how much they were suppose to charge me and still gave me the run around. Please save your time and money and DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, there was someone’s used, hairy soap left in the shower, hair stuck to the walls in the shower, and greasy handprints on the wall in an awkward location. The shower rarely got warm and never got hot. That being said, it is what I expected for the price. The staff was kind and the complimentary breakfast was good.

This property is just overall gross. The carpets were nasty and there is patches all over the walls. I tried to get a couple of pillows and they said the pillows were for guests only? Or first come first serve? I’m not sure. But then I tried to call down to ask for another blanket but there isn’t even a phone in out room. On top of that when we checked in the lady was on the phone with a guest I guess and when she hung up with her she said I just want to punch her in the face because she was being difficult. Regardless, don’t speak like that in front of guests. This place needs serious help. We have yet to have the breakfast in the AM but honestly, I’m a bit concerned. Probably won’t be booking this again and definitely do not recommend.

For the price it was excellent we were so happy with the room. Everything hreally was nice. I can’t believe it only cost $48. A breakfast was lacking a little bit but that’s OK.

I was not able to check in bc I booked the room online via Apple Pay and once I got to the property, the tap terminal was not working and they wanted to charge me 150 cash deposit. I did not stay there and I was not refunded either. I am very very upset

Staff not at desk for check in , dirty elevators, dirty halls , letting all kinds of people run around in lobby all times of day/night, toilet didn’t flush (maintenance came and told us how to fix ourselves) no soap, no shampoo, breakfast staff was maybe the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel.
