OU fans will especially love our dedicated Boomer Sooner room, complete with an adjacent OU-themed bathroom — the perfect spot to get into the game-day spirit.

The fully stocked kitchen was designed for both cooking and entertaining, featuring quartzite countertops, a 36-inch gas range and cooktop, KitchenAid dishwasher, custom cabinetry with pull-out storage, a built-in pantry, Signature Hardware bridge faucet, and beautiful dolomite backsplash.

Just off the kitchen, the breakfast room features a custom built-in banquette with storage and a woven wood shade.

For larger meals, gather around the home's one-of-a-kind antique farmhouse table from New Orleans, with seating for 10. A dedicated bar station makes it easy to set up drinks, snacks, and everything you need before heading out for game day.

One of our favorite parts of the home is the outdoor space. Start your morning with coffee on the charming front porch swing, enjoy dinner outside on the raised deck just off the kitchen, or wind down around the fire pit after a day on campus.

The fully fenced yard features wrought iron fencing, professional landscaping, a brick patio and walkway, and a dedicated flagstone fire-pit area with six Adirondack chairs — perfect for cool Norman evenings, cocktails, conversation, and post-game celebrations.

The deck offers additional outdoor dining and lounge space, including a large, comfortable sofa.
