NEW renovation of a 750 square foot apartment set in a very large lot with enough parking for those with trailers or multiple vehicles. For the safety/security of guests and for the safety/security of my property, there is a RING security camera over looking the parking area.

The space
The yard is fully gated and allows for those with 4 legged friends to give them the space they need to roam. A one time Pet fee of $20.00 per pet (2 max) for the duration of your stay.

Property is near a main road that is not heavily traveled after 7pm also 10th street gives this property access to several nearby restaurants and makes access extremely easy.
Guest access
The entire fenced in area is for guests staying in the lower unit. The lower unit is private therfore the top units do not have access to utilize this area. If you bring a pet(s), that pet needs to be on a leash outside the privacy fence area. Please clean up after your pet and dispose waste using the trash cans provided, located on the property near the basketball goal. A one time Pet fee of $20.00 per pet (2 max) for the duration of your stay.
