We had a mishap with both of our rooms. The woman at the front desk helped resolve those in a quick and easy manner. One of them was completely our fault that she was very kind to help us out with it. I was impressed with the quality of customer service.

I have stayed here a few times. Staff have always been nice. Rooms have been clean and comfortable. Would be nice if the room had a hair dryer. Ice machine didn’t work.

Bed was clean & comfortable, air was ice cold. The room was cleanish other than the dead bugs of various types on the floor throughout the room, did not see any live bugs. There were no bed bugs. The front desk clerk was very nice. Got a “smoking” room but there was no ashtray in the room. Only a half roll of toilet paper no back up roll. Corner of ceiling in bathroom above the shower was moldy and deteriorating, did not use the shower. Needs updated, not Americas best value inn but not it’s worse either. I would probably stay there again if I had to. Property was quiet. A $25 cash deposit is required at check in and then returned upon check out.

Keep scrolling the worse hotel ever!!!

I booked my room online after driving 13 hours we arrive to check in my room had a bed with no sheets trash with a hole in the vent in the bathroom with a molded towel to hide it we got placed in another room with dog hair everywhere a used condom wrapper in my bathroom tub drain nothing has been cleaned or scrubbed after I was told it was I was completely grossed out mad that I spent my cash with no refund due to no manager being up front everything that listed to this property is a lie the pool was green hasn’t been cleaned in god knows when when I booked the pool stated it was open the fridge was gross the kitchen appliances had never been cleaned I found a used razor by the stove in kitchen !

This place was no better than a crackhouse and should be razed. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. I’m pretty sure the room next to mine was occupied full-time by husband wife a few young children and cooking meth. I strongly recommend that you remove this hotel from your list.

The room was so filthy I slept on top of the covers in my clothes. I know it was a smoking room, but the burn holes in the blanket and sheets was unacceptable.

We drove to this property three different times to check in rang the bell multiple times no one ever answered. We had been on the road for 15 hours so we were exhausted. This started at like one in the afternoon then we went to another hotel and we’re charged by this hotel for not showing up.
