Location: There are 2 units on this property. Unit A is in the front of the house
Parking: You can park up to 4 cars on the right of the driveway
Backyard: The backyard is not fully fenced and there are a lot of tree. Please be careful when walking around.
Climate Control: The property features a central HVAC system managed by the owner, set at 70 degrees. For temperature adjustments, kindly reach out to us.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are free to use when booking over 7 nights, under 7 nights will have a small fee charge
Noise potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have other units on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.
Winter notification:
-Keep Doors Closed: During colder months, outdoor critters like cats and mice may try to enter if doors are left open. -Please close all doors when not in use to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the house.
-Hot Water Usage: The house is equipped with a hot water tank. To ensure everyone has enough hot water, we recommend rotating turns for showers and spacing them out to allow the tanks time to refill and reheat.
