Location was good. Hotel on 9th floor outdated not clean and we were put right behind the elevators and it was so noisy the cables going up and down. Nobody should have that room.

It’s downtown okc. Walkable to many things. There is a parking garage that cost $10 a night that is connected to the building.

Property was nice enough but a little dated and worn down. Empty plastic cup and old plastic fork were in our room. Front of bathroom cabinet had something spilled on it that wasn't clean. The dispensers in the shower had come unstuck from wall and were just laying on the back of the toilet. The plunger in the drain of the bathroom sink was missing. No lunch options on property. Food during dinner took a very long time (it was pasta with grilled shrimp) although it was tasty. We asked for late check out but were locked out of our room at original check out time and charged for extra parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton for the most part! We loved how nice everyone was and how close everything was to everything we wanted. No driving was necessary and it was great! Only issue we ran into was with the thinness of the walls. They were so thin that we could hear the people coming in and out of their rooms and everything they were saying. It would wake us up while we were sleeping and would even cause the room to shake

Disappointed that you cannot sit at the bar if youre not 21 and not drinking. My son U.S. Navy who is 20 years 361 days old and traveling back to his duty station could not sit at the bar with me. He was not drinking as we know the law. I belive that was a bad judgement call, especially if he's not drinking. Nevertheless the server was good.
