Okiwi Holidays from NZ$331

A bit dated and worn (threadbare armchairs), belying the photos online, with a very minimally equipped kitchen (great microwave with crisping feature though!). But, the front desk and housekeeping staff were very responsive and quickly fixed any deficiencies. We were disappointed to find out on arrival that the AC was out of order (a long-standing problem about which we could have been notified to allow a decision to relocate), however a fan was provided, and with a balcony door and windows that opened the room temperature was comfortable. Location was great - a half hour walk to the Viaduct Quay and Ferry Terminal in one direction, and the Auckland Domain in the other, with a huge selection of shops and restaurants along both routes. Overall: clean, safe, very spacious room, conveniently located, and excellent value for the price. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Clean rooms, has parking.

The staff was great. The room was very nice. Our only disappointment was bring in a low floor.

Great spot. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Management completely renovated the property too to bottom. Room even smelled fantastic when I walked in. Book with confidence!

Parking was the real problem. Air con was too cold otherwise all good
