Note to self, just pay a few bucks more and stay somewhere more comfortable. Being next to a highway was much too noisy, walls had no sound insulation. Heard the domestic disputes of the couple next door, banging of the bed in the other room, and constant traffic noise all day and night. Beds and pillows were brutal also. Check in staff, however we’re very nice.

My second time staying at this quiet motel. It has an inner garden area and a nice pool. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Appreciated the WIFI and the numerous TV channels.

Great smooth and friendly check-in. Have a service dog, and mentioned it, and was still charged a pet fee. We were told we'd just be charged the pet fee for one night, so that wasnt a big deal, even though it states pet fees are waived if its a service dog. (She had her vest on.) Carpets and duvets were stained like other reviews mentioned, but its an older motel and was affordable for a last min booking, so cant complain. Couldnt hear the highway traffic either, super quiet consodering. There are 2 bbqs in the garden area, a bit unkept area, and no light, so bring a flashlight, but nice to have a grill on hand. Love that u can walk right out into the garden. With hotel, motel and air bnb prices skyrocketing, this may seem expensive for what it is, but its a clean bed, and clean bathroom with welcoming staff.

Thank you for taking the time to review our motel. I apologise but we were not aware that your dog was a service dog, nor we did not see her during your stay. Had we known we would not have charged you a pet fee. Please can you contact us in order that we can refund the pet fee.

Carpet was severely stained and dirty. One of the blankets on one of the beds looked like it had been used to defend against a knife attack. It had cuts or rips that had been sewn together.

Trout creek is a nice little community, but you have to travel to Summerland town, or Penticton for anything to eat, and Summerland with its recent slide had backups on the busy highway with one lane open.

It is road-side motel by busy highway. So, earplugs may come handy. We didn't expect too much for one-night traveling break and were not disappointed. Room and bathroom were clean and rather spacious.

Our only complaint is that of the 4 nights we stayed, we had housekeeping come in once. They made 1 of the 2 beds. Replaced the toiletries and towels but didn't give any extra toilet paper. It's an older, well kept property. Nice grassy outdoor space out back with a pool and BBQ. Convenient to all locations

Nice green area at the back for dogs to play on. Nice small swimming pool. Also in the back is a BBQ pavilion with two very new, high-quality beautiful BBQs. Room was clean and nice - a little dark with the furnishings and bedding colours but just fine.
