- The Space - ACCOMMODATIONS: All bedrooms are outfitted with high-quality mattresses and linens for your comfort, Blackout Shades, and each bedroom offers a flat-screen Smart TV for streaming your favorite apps. ● Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite with King size bed, ensuite shower bath and large walk-in closet ● Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed, shared hallway tub/shower combination bath ● Bedroom 3 – Queen size luxury sofa sleeper, shared hallway tub/shower combination bath
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is open to the dining room and living area, perfect for entertaining. The dining area offers seating for 6, with 4 additional stools at the kitchen counter. Features include brand-new stainless-steel gas range, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, wine chiller, microwave, Keurig K-cup and drip coffee maker, and garbage disposal. There is plenty of countertop space for meal prepping, and cupboard space for pantry storage. The kitchen offers all that you need to entertain from a simple family meal to fine dining. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses and serving platters to accommodate your needs. We also provide our guest with a starter amount of coffee and tea pods, as well as paper towel, and dish soap.
LIVING SPACES: Open and bright, our living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 oversized chairs and a 75" smart Roku TV perfect for streaming your favorite movies and games.
LAUNDRY: Located in the kitchen is a brand-new washer and gas dryer for guest use. Laundry detergent, Iron and Ironing board also available for guest use. In this spacious closet you will also find a vacuum, broom and Swiffer for your convenience.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Outdoor seating and a propane gas grill. Propane tank provided during your stay. Parking for 1 vehicle on driveway. Garage parking is occupied by the Golf Cart.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Available Items onsite include- Pool Towels, highchair and Pack-n-Play for those traveling with small children. Guest will have full exclusive use of the home, with the exception of the single car garage, as this is private owner storage space. We ask that all guests please respect owners' privacy and not attempt to access private spaces.

In order to access all Village amenities, a guest pass is required. Please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival if you would like guest passes during your stay and we will request them for you, complimentary. Upon arrival, you will need to collect your passes at the Ezell recreation center during normal business hours by presenting an ID. Passes are a bonus and not guaranteed. **NOTE: Passes are collected Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00PM. Keep this in mind when booking your reservation, if your travel dates are on weekends you may not be able to collect passes- ADDITIONALLY, PASSES WILL ONLY BE REQUESTED FOR THE REGISTERED GUESTS ON OUR RESERVATION, NOT FOR YOUR YOUR FRIENDS OR RELATIVES VISITING YOU DURING YOUR STAY WITH US.**
