It is ideally suited to those who desire a home away from home holiday or wish to work remotely in a safe environment. Popular south coast beaches are within walking distance. 18 hole golf course, supermarket, bank, restaurants and live night time entertainment are all minutes away by car.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 2 has one single bed and a double bed and is adjacent to a second bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The dining room has seating for six and the living room seating includes a 3 seater sofa bed. There is a ceiling fan in the living room. Televisions and phones are in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 16 cu. Ft. fridge, 30" stove with oven, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.
