"Spent three lovely days in Ohrid at the Tino hotel after a stressful few weeks at work. It's clean and ideally located lake front - just a short walk to the town centre and the old town and about 20mins to St John at Kaneo (the famous lakeside church). The hotel staff were lovely and really helpful - finding bus times etc. They have a sister hotel 4km away which they said I could use the pool of - I didn't but it's worth thinking of if you're there a while I guess! The restaurant was delicious!...

"The hotel is literally in the middle of the village and it looks like a middle age era, it's amazing. The receptionist was extremely warm welcome with us, the hotel is well care and the balcony view it's absolutely beautiful. The amenities provided it was okayish we prefer to use our products. The room was clean and well organized, but for couple a warning: the bed it's not unify by the mattress or pillow top, so if you move to much there will be gap in the middle of the bed. "Wonderful clean accommodation, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Owners were very friendly and accommodating to requests. The bath was the highlight and would recommend to everyone. Only downside was there is no card machine which made paying harder than it could have been."

"This hotel was very dirty and stinky. We have travelled all over the world and understand that a 5 star hotel means different things in different countries, but this hotel was just nasty. Maybe it was a 5 star hotel 50 years ago, but not any more. We did stay over night because we had nowhere else to go and got out of there in the morning. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the remaining nights, claiming they have a strict cancellation policy. I just wanted to show my Canadian husband...
